About Multi Gardens B-17
Multi Gardens B-17 is developed by the Multi Professionals Cooperative Housing Society (MPCHS), whose earlier projects include Islamabad Gardens in E-11. Launched in 2004, it covers CDA Sector B-17, touching the GT Road on one side and the M-1 Motorway on the other.
The CDA issued the society’s NOC for Sector B-17 on 30 January 2018. Phase 1 covers roughly 4,800 Kanal across blocks A to F, and Multi Gardens Phase 2, on Chakri Road opposite Faisal Town Phase 2, adds around 4,400 Kanal of new plots.
